Apply for visa

Attendees from most of countries will be required to produce a visa when visiting the People's Republic of China. We suggest that Nanorad2020 participants apply for a Chinese visa at the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your countries. The period of application process may be different in different countries or regions. To make sure application going on well, we suggest you starting the visa application as soon as possible.

Your visa application will require an invitation letter from Nanorad2020 (or some other organization in China). Please contact us (nanorad2020@sjtu.edu.cn) for your invitation letter with these informtion-Name, Title, Address, Passport Number, Passport Expiration Date, Citizenship, Gender, Date of Birth. If you require other documents from China for the visa application (as may be noted in the information from the Chinese embassy in your country), please contact us.

  • Note that the registration fee cannot be refunded even if the visa is not issued.
  • We will respond to the requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us again if you do not receive any response from us within 3 working days.
  • The Nanorad2020 Visa Service for Visa applications will begin March 1st when registration starts.
